Eco-Agric strategic plan 2017-2020
This plan lays out the strategic intents for Environmental Conservation and Agricultural Enhancement Uganda (Eco-Agric Uganda) for the period 2017-2020. The strategy was informed by a contextual analysis and strategic drivers which were the basis for constructing Eco-Agric Uganda strategic intents.
The strategic plan sets the boundaries within which Eco-Agric Uganda will implement its programs within the framework of its mandate. It will further be used as a tool for resource mobilization as well as being a programmatic reference for addressing social development issues by Eco-Agric Uganda through community rights empowerment, sustainable agricultural production, environmental conservation, health education and promotion, economic empowerment nutrition; skills development and educational support.
